SITUATION At 0600 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Errol was centred within 25 nautical miles of latitude fifteen decimal eight south (15.8S) longitude one hundred and twenty four decimal four east (124.4E) Recent movement : east southeast at 11 knots Maximum winds : 35 knots Central pressure: 1000 hPa AREA AFFECTED Within 20 nautical miles of the centre. FORECAST Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre easing to 25 knots by 1800 UTC 18 April. Winds above 34 knots within 10 nautical miles in SE quadrant and within 20 nautical miles in SW quadrant with rough seas and moderate swell.
