GALE WARNING FOR NORTHERN AREA

SITUATION
At 0000 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal one south (12.1S)
 longitude one hundred and forty one decimal four east (141.4E)
Recent movement : east southeast at 6 knots, expected to turn towards the west
in next 12 hours.
Maximum winds   : 25 knots
Central pressure: 1003 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 50 nautical miles of the centre in the southern quadrants.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 25 knots near the centre increasing to 35 knots by 1800 UTC 20
April.

Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles of centre in southern quadrants
from 1800 UTC 19 April with very rough seas and moderate swell.

At 1200 UTC 19 April: Within 35 nautical miles of 12.3 south 141.2 east
                        Central pressure 1000 hPa.
