EVENING...



* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.



* WHERE...Point Lay and nearby portions of the Western Arctic 

  Coastline.



* WHEN...Until 10 PM AKDT this evening.



* IMPACTS...Blowing snow significantly reducing visibility to a half 

  mile.



* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow and poor visibility is now 

  expected to subside Monday night. However, strong easterly winds 

  and blowing snow potential returns on Tuesday and may persist 

  through Friday.
