Total snow accumulations 3 to 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Thompson Pass. * WHEN...Through 11 AM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures in the upper 20s through this evening will allow for periods of drifting and blowing snow at the top of the pass. Any blowing snow may reduce the visibility to as low as one half mile at times. The best chance for accumulating snow on roadways will exist after sunset.
