  Pass. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.



* WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West.



* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to noon MDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The maximum impacts are 

  expected Monday night.
