...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MDT THIS MORNING 

BUTTE/BLACKFOOT REGION ABOVE 6000 FEET...



* WHAT...Snow expected above 6000 feet. Likelihood of developing or 

  ongoing minor impacts from around 1 to 3 inches of snow is 90 

  percent, and a 20% chance of moderate impacts from 3 to 6 inches 

  of snow.



* WHERE...Georgetown Lake, Homestake Pass, and MacDonald Pass.



* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT this morning.



* IMPACTS...For Minor impacts from snow, watch for changeable and 

  slushy conditions on the passes. For Moderate impacts, icy and 

  snowpacked conditions may develop with localized hazardous travel 

  and/or road closures on the passes.
