  Pass. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.



* WHERE...Bighorn Mountains Southeast and Bighorn Mountains West.



* WHEN...Until noon MDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The strongest winds and 

  heaviest precipitation are expected Monday evening through Monday 

  night.
