* WHERE...Dalton Highway between Mile Marker 350 and Mile Marker 410



* WHEN...Until 10 AM AKDT Tuesday.



* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce 

  visibility to a quarter mile or less at times. Large snow drifts 

  may form.
