possible this afternoon. However, warming road temperatures will

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations between 

  1 and 3 inches, with up to 8 inches in the higher terrain. Winds 

  gusting as high as 50 mph.



* WHERE...Big Belt, Bridger and Castle Mountains and Gallatin and 

  Madison County Mountains and Centennial Mountains.



* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.



* IMPACTS...Tire chains may be required for some vehicles if 

  traveling through mountain passes. Blowing snow could 

  significantly reduce visibility.
