SITUATION AT 160000UTC
Vigorous northwesterly flow with trough near 47S143E 54S146E. Forecast near
44S146E 48S150E 55S154E at 160600UTC, 49S156E 55S159E at 161200UTC, and exiting
west of area near 50S163E 55S165E at 161800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 48S143E 53S145E 55S160E 49S160E 43S146E 48S143E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 300nm east of trough. Winds
easing below 34 knots throughout area by 161500UTC. Rough to very rough seas.
Moderate to heavy swell.
