Through 730 pm, several clusters of showers and thunderstorms will be found on Keys waters. The stronger activity will be located around 10 nm north of the Middle Keys, on the Florida Straits 10 to 20 nm south of Rebecca Shoal and the Dry Tortguas, as well as, and on the near through offshore Florida Straits off of the Middle and Upper Keys. These cells will move generally northeastward at 15 knots. The stronger activity will produce wind gusts near 30 knots, locally rough seas, occasional lightning strikes, and blinding downpours. Elsewhere, a cluster of showers and possibly a thunderstorm will track across North Key Largo and Ocean Reef, delivering an additional three quarters to one inch of rain. $$
