line extending from 6 miles north of Frostburg to 12 miles northwest
of Upper Tract, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Gusty winds of 40 to 50 mph and small hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Potomac Park, Franklin, Lonaconing, Keyser, Dogwood Flats, New Creek,
Lahmansville, Mccoole, Brady, Cabins, Kline Gap, Kitzmiller,
Ridgeville, Cresaptown, Merrill, Rawlings, Emoryville, Eckhart Mines,
Pinto, and Westernport.

This includes Interstate 68 in Maryland between mile markers 25 and
