South Pass and Farson through 12 noon this afternoon. Expect the 
visibility to be reduced to below one quarter of a mile at times. 
The fog will be followed by an extended period of snowfall this 
afternoon. 

If driving along this portion of Highway 28 this morning,
anticipate rapidly fluctuating visibility. Leave extra time to
