...Rises Along the Upper Sacramento River System...

.Moderate to heavy rainfall through early next week will allow for 
rises along the Upper Sacramento River System. 1 forecast point is 
projected to enter Action/Monitor Stage this evening: Colusa Bridge. 
Tehama, Bridge Tisdale Weir and Colusa Weir are in Action/Monitor 
Stage.

Forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and 
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

Unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage. 
All those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid 
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

 Tisdale Weir 1/03 1:15 stage 46.3 ft
Present overflow depth is about 2.2 FT then overflow depth at weir 
increasing to 2.2 FT late this afternoon then overflow to remain 
near depth of 3.2 FT into Monday afternoon.
 Monitor stage 44.1 ft, Flood stage 51.6
Impact for Tisdale Weir...Near 44.1 feet, Tisdale Weir crest 
elevation. Overflow begins into the Tisdale Bypass. This water 
eventually ends up in the Sutter Bypass.
