Isolated areas of very heavy rain occurred over Central Virginia during the 
past 24 hours...otherwise little to none occurred. Isolated to scattered 
thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening and may produce 
localized very heavy rain. Only minor changes in river levels are 
expected in the James...Appomattox and Chowan basins.
