West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A stationary front across the N
waters will drift N as a warm front later tonight into Mon as low
develops along the Mid- Atlantic coast. This low will track E and
NE over the far NW waters later Mon before moving NE of the area
Mon night. Mariners should use caution for locally gusty winds
and rough seas in and near scattered to numerous thunderstorms
likely over parts of the area into Mon night. Yet another low
pressure will approach the NW waters early Tue, and pass N and
then NE of the area late Tue into Tue night and moving a cold
front gradually offshore. The cold front will stall across the
central waters Wed and Wed night, then dissipate by early Thu. A
high pressure ridge will build W over the S waters Tue through
Wed night, then expand over much of the region Thu through Fri
night. Another cold front will slowly approach from the NW Fri
night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is degraded. Technicians are aware. We
apologize for the inconvenience.
