.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered W of the
waters will persist today into Thu night while slowly weakening.
A coastal trough will persist along the N and central California
coast today and tonight, then weaken from N to S Thu into Thu
night. A cold front will move into the N California waters Thu
night, then pass through the central waters Fri and reach the
southern waters Fri night. The front will pass SE of the area Sat
night. High pressure will build in behind the front and a coastal
trough will redevelop Fri night and will persist through Mon
night.
