Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...29.7 inch low pressure over the mid Mississippi Valley will head northeast and deepen to 29.5 inches near Houghton Lake Michigan by this evening. The low will track into southwestern Quebec Friday morning while 30.0 inch ridging gradually builds back over Lake Superior. This ridge builds to 30.2 inches as it slowly shifts across the Great Lakes Basin this weekend. On Monday, the ridge weakens to 30.1 inches over Lake Superior as low pressure at 29.7 inches organizes over the Dakotas.
