Areas of dense fog will reduce visibility to below 1 NM across the 
coastal waters this morning. Visibility will gradually improve 
after 12 PM today. 

Mariners should be prepared for sudden drops in visibility. 
Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for other vessels. Use radar 
or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor 
if such equipment is unavailable.
