...Update to the 2025 Growing Season...

Frost and freeze headlines will now be issued when conditions are
appropriate for all of the western lowland counties in West 
Virginia, along with McDowell, and Wyoming counties, and western 
portions of Raleigh, Fayette, Nicholas, and Webster counties. In 
Virginia, Buchanan and Dickenson counties will now also get frost 
and freeze headlines for the season.
