            Storm chaser videos showed what was 
            originally a gustnado feature becoming 
            connected to the updraft on the leading edge 
            of the gust front as it moved through 
            Belvue. This appeared to help the feature 
            become attached to the base of the cloud 
            where rotation was noted for a short time. 
            As a result, it appears that a brief weak 
            (EF0) tornado did occur before the feature 
            was overwhelmed by surging outflow and 
            dissipated. The small feature moved ENE for 
            a few miles doing minor damage to tree limbs 
            and two outbuildings.
