            Media report: The fire department confirmed 
            that a tree crew member was in a bucket 
            truck on 30th Street in the Mill Village 
            Area when he was struck during the morning 
            of May 1st. He was taken to UAB St. Vincents 
            St. Clair Hospital in critical condition. 
            Time of occurrence was estimated from radar 
            and lightning data.
