excessive runoff and elevated streamflows persisting. A Flood 
Warning continues in effect in areas along Rio Loco. Please continue 
to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM AST Saturday for a 
portion of Puerto Rico.
