The National Weather Service in Lubbock has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Crosby County in northwestern Texas...
  Central Garza County in northwestern Texas...

* Until 715 AM CDT.

* At 554 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain moving through Garza County.  Up to 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible 
  in eastern Garza County.   Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, highways,
           streets as well as other poor drainage and low-lying
           areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Post and Kalgary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
