* At 251 AM PST, Doppler radar indicates a line of heavy rain moving
through the Tehama County Division of the Park Fire Burn Scar over
the next several hours. Flash flooding and debris flows are
possible.
Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow
moving through the Park Burn Scar area in Tehama County. The debris
flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rainfall in and around
the Tehama County Division of the Park Fire Burn Scar.
