Arkansas, including the following areas, in central Arkansas, 
Garland, Grant, Perry and Saline. In southwest Arkansas, Clark, 
Dallas, Hot Spring and Ouachita.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
