The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the 
following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, 
Sebastian and Washington and Oklahoma, including the following 
counties, Adair, Cherokee, Choctaw, Craig, Delaware, Haskell, 
Latimer, Le Flore, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Ottawa, Pittsburg, 
Pushmataha, Sequoyah and Wagoner.

Heavy rains have moved out of the area. Thus, the flood watch has 
been canceled for this event. Please continue to heed ongoing 
flooding and remaining road closures.
