...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHWESTERN NORTH DAKOTA 
THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog will reduce the visibility to one quarter mile 
or less in parts of southwest North Dakota this morning. 
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, 
and should use extra caution traveling. The fog will dissipate by
the mid morning.
