...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MESA COUNTY THROUGH
715 PM MDT...

At 638 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Grand Junction, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Grand Junction, Fruita, Fruitvale, Clifton, Orchard Mesa, Glade Park,
and Redlands.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 21 and 36.
 U.S. Highway 50 in Colorado between mile markers 32 and 38.
 Colorado 141 between mile markers 131 and 141, and near mile marker
162.
