...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR WESTERN MONTGOMERY, POLK AND 
SCOTT COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended and as such life threatening flash flooding 
is no longer expected to pose a threat. However, areal flooding will 
likely continue for several hours, with some road closures and 
flooded roads possible. As such the flash flood warning has been 
replaced with an areal flood warning.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Sunday for portions 
of central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and 
western Arkansas.
