BERNALILLO, NORTHWESTERN TORRANCE AND SOUTHWESTERN SANTA FE 
COUNTIES...

Light rain will continue over the area and flows of water in arroyos 
as well as ponding of water in low spots may persist. The 
thunderstorms with heavy rain have ended.  Flash flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any 
remaining road closures.
