NORTHERN BOYD, NORTHERN CARTER, GREENUP AND SOUTHWESTERN LAWRENCE 
COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended, mitigating flash flooding concerns. Keep 
in mind, however, that an areal Flood Warning remains in effect for 
eastern Kentucky today. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT Sunday for portions 
of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia.
