...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BREWSTER COUNTY...

At 714 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that earlier thunderstorms 
have moved out of the area. However, runoff from earlier heavy rains 
is likely ongoing and so flash flooding is still possible.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by earlier thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Panther Junction, Big Bend National Park and Boquillas Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
