  Northeastern Lyon County in northwestern Iowa...
  Central O'Brien County in northwestern Iowa...
  Western Osceola County in northwestern Iowa...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 1215 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen based on numerous personal weather station gauges. The 
  expected rainfall rate in stronger storms will reach up to 2 to 4 
  inches per hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sibley, Hartley, Sanborn, Primghar, Sutherland, Little Rock, 
  Ashton, Melvin and Calumet.
