  Northern Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Dunklin County in southeastern Missouri...
  Pemiscot County in southeastern Missouri...

  Southwestern Lake County in Tennessee...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.

* At 700 PM CDT, runoff from widespread thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain will continue to affect the warned area. Between 3 and 
  6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 
  inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
  occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Jonesboro, Paragould, Blytheville, Kennett, Trumann, 
  Caruthersville, Malden, Piggott, Gosnell, Corning, Manila, Hayti, 
  Harrisburg, Steele, Bono, Lake City, Leachville, Campbell, Rector 
  and Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law 
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National 
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
