* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Union County in east central Indiana...
  Southeastern Wayne County in east central Indiana...
  West Central Preble County in west central Ohio...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 1250 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain 
  across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have 
  fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Richmond, Eaton, Centerville, Abington, Boston, Richmond Municipal 
  Airport, Witts Station, West Florence and New Hope.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
