  Southeastern Logan County in central Oklahoma...
  Oklahoma County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 130 AM CDT.

* At 1023 PM CDT, emergency management reported stalled motorists in 
  Edmond. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional 
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, 
  Guthrie, Newcastle, Bethany, Choctaw, Warr Acres, The Village, 
  Noble, Harrah, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Jones, Nicoma Park, Goldsby 
  and Luther.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
