* At 1254 PM CDT, gauges report between 2 and 4 inches of rain have 
  fallen in the last 4 to 6 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Gauges reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Southeastern Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Midwest City, Shawnee, 
  Choctaw, Noble, Harrah, McLoud, Pink, Meeker, Stella, Newalla,
