The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Humacao County in Puerto Rico...
  Naguabo County in Puerto Rico...
  Yabucoa County in Puerto Rico...

* Until 1100 AM AST.

* At 801 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms approaching 
  these municipalities from the surrounding waters. Between 2 and 3 
  inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 
  inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing 
  or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Humacao, Naguabo, Yabucoa, Anton Ruiz, Punta Santiago, Martorell, 
  Playita, Roosevelt Roads, Bajandas, Candelero Arriba, Comunas, Rio 
  Blanco, Pena Pobre, El Negro, Duque, Rosa Sanchez and Daguao.

Naguabo Emergency Managers reported several flooding problems across 
the Municipality, especially near PR-31 which is closed near exit 22 
and flooding near Sector La Fe and Barrio Duque.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
