The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Brown County in west central Texas...
  Coleman County in west central Texas...

* Until 315 AM CDT.

* At 1206 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches per hour. 
  Total rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in the warned 
  area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  Coleman, Santa Anna, Novice, Burkett, Grosvenor, Lake Brownwood 
  Near Thrifty, Cross Cut, Silver Valley, Lake Brownwood, Valera, 
  Byrds, Lake Brownwood State Park, Glen Cove, May, Talpa, Echo, 
  Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan County Line, Thrifty, Lake 
  Coleman and Hords Creek Reservoir.
