including the following areas, Hempstead, Howard, Little River, 
Nevada and Sevier, southeast Oklahoma, including the following area, 
McCurtain, and northeast Texas, including the following areas, Bowie 
and Red River.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
