  Vicinity/Pueblo County Below 6300 Feet zone.

  Arkansas River At Arkansas R at La Junta affecting La Junta 
  Vicinity/Otero County zone.

  Purgatoire River Near Purgatoire R near Las Animas affecting Las 
  Animas Vicinity/Bent County zone.

For the Lower Arkansas River...including Arkansas R near Avondale, 
Arkansas R near Nepesta, Arkansas R at La Junta...flooding is 
possible.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate Flood. Moderate agricultural 
  flooding occurs in low lying areas along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 PM MDT Tuesday the stage was 2.6 feet.
