The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northern Connecticut, 
including the following areas, Hartford CT, Tolland CT and Windham 
CT and Massachusetts, including the following areas, Eastern 
Franklin MA, Eastern Hampden MA, Eastern Hampshire MA, Northern 
Worcester MA, Southern Worcester MA, Western Franklin MA, Western 
Hampden MA and Western Hampshire MA.

Heavy rains have ended, and flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Several rivers and smaller streams are swollen from recent 
heavy rains. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
