* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Florida, including the following 
  areas, Coastal Volusia, Indian River, Northern Brevard and 
  Southern Brevard.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EST this afternoon through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks, 
  streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding 
  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
