...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of Iowa, including 
the following areas, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, 
Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek and Wisconsin, including the 
following areas, Adams, Crawford, Grant, Juneau, Richland and Vernon.

The rain area is moving out, however a number of river flood 
warnings and a flash flood warning will remain in effect until the 
water recedes.
