The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of southeast Michigan, 
including the following areas, Bay, Livingston, Macomb, Midland, 
Oakland, Saginaw, Shiawassee, Washtenaw and Wayne.

The heavy rainfall threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is 
being cancelled. Scattered showers with lighter rainfall continue 
tonight.
