.Numerous thunderstorms are redeveloping this evening across 
southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. Multiple storms may impact the 
same areas already hard hit from earlier today. These locations 
won't need more than a half inch to result in flash flooding. Slow 
moving storms have the potential to drop 2 inches per hour. 
Extensive and potentially life-threatening flash flooding is 
possible. Additional Flash Flood Warnings are likely to be issued 
later this evening.

...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Minnesota, 
including the following areas, Anoka, Carver, Hennepin, McLeod, 
Ramsey, Washington and Wright and west central Wisconsin, including 
the following areas, Dunn and St. Croix.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Heavy rain is expected to 
remain south overnight. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
