...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM CST THIS EVENING...

The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of central, east 
central, north central, northeast, and southwest Mississippi, 
including the following areas, in central Mississippi, Attala, 
Choctaw, Copiah, Hinds, Leake, Madison MS, Rankin, Scott, Simpson 
and Smith. In east central Mississippi, Jasper, Kemper, Lauderdale, 
Neshoba, Newton, Noxubee and Winston. In north central Mississippi, 
Montgomery and Webster. In northeast Mississippi, Clay, Lowndes and 
Oktibbeha. In southwest Mississippi, Adams, Claiborne and Jefferson.

The threat for heavy rain and flash flooding is ending. Therefore, 
the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 8 PM CST this evening. Please 
continue to heed any road closures, and do not drive through flooded 
roadways.
