including the following areas, Eastern Bergen, Eastern Essex, 
Eastern Passaic, Eastern Union, Hudson, Western Bergen, Western 
Essex and Western Union and southeast New York, including the 
following area, Southern Westchester.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
