including the following areas, Central Lea and Northern Lea and 
western Texas, including the following areas, Borden, Dawson, Gaines 
and Scurry.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will 
expire at 6 AM MDT /7 AM CDT/ early this morning.
